Attorney & Advocate

Attorney Tori Ludwig holds a B.S. in Integrated Marketing and Communications and her Juris Doctorate from New England Law|Boston.  She is licensed to practice law in both New York and Connecticut.

As a certified crisis counselor with The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury, Tori Ludwig also wears a different hat serving as a Family Violence Victim Advocate assisting victims of domestic violence and sexual assault at Danbury Superior Court.  Here, she’s able to draw from her previous experiences and education as well as her involvement in The Judicial Language Project, pioneered by The Women’s Law Caucus at New England Law|Boston.  This project flagged victim blaming judicial language in domestic violence and sexual assault cases in an effort to raise awareness and effect change on the bench.

It is Attorney Ludwig’s philosophy that a lawyer may be brilliant and excellent and well versed in their knowledge of legal issues, but without human empathy, compassion, and wisdom, clients are not being served adequately.  Tori Ludwig Law prides itself on providing a truly unique approach to the practice of law, focusing on a commitment to finding strength and power during what is often the most difficult time of the client’s life.  The most difficult of struggles often resulting in the most tremendous amount of personal growth.
